Our recent CS Lewis Tour (through Harbinger Tours) was unbelievably well organized and a well thought-out experience- and one that was incredibly meaningful for my wife and myself. We signed up for this trip without knowing that much about Harbinger tours- but having been, I would HIGHLY recommend Harbinger Tours and have no reservations about the integrity and detail that Jess and Marshall place into organizing and arranging the details of this trip. They worked hard to make the trip comfortable, timely, and impactful for each participant. CS Lewis looms large in Christian thought and writing; for those seeking to know more about him, his life, his education, his writings, and the impact Lewis had on so many- this trip is a "not be missed" experience. The Lord blessed us immensely with a wonderful group of people as well as an incredible tour guide in Jerry Root. While not an inexpensive trip, the accommodations and food were outstanding- but the interactions with Jerry, Jess, Marshall and the entire group really made the trip so worthwhile and far beyond the value and worth of every penny spent. We look forward to our next trip with Harbinger.
The riverboat ride with dinner and entertainment on the Danube in Budapest. The Ballet in Budapest. The chamber music concert in Vienna. Lunch in the "snow globe". The ride to Czesky Krumlov. The astronomical clock. The elderly Czech lady's delight at the memory of Stalin's statue being toppled. Hearing lots of English in Hungary and Czech Republic. Seeing the festive Christmas booths. Learning from the Czech guide. Visiting Freud's home. I thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Markets Tour and it engaged me from beginning to end!
