Your journey may begin in Turkey, where you’ll explore Ephesus, one of the most significant cities of the New Testament world. Walk along marble streets, stand in the great theater where Paul preached, and consider the challenges of sharing the Gospel in a thriving pagan culture. From there, follow the route into Greece, tracing Paul’s missionary journeys through cities like Philippi, Thessalonica, and Corinth. Stand in Philippi where Lydia was baptized, walk through the ancient marketplace, and reflect on the beginnings of the church there. In Athens, you’ll stand on Mars Hill (the Areopagus), where Paul delivered one of his most well-known messages, connecting the Gospel to a culture searching for truth.
